Margin Call Version 0.6.0 released

## v0.6.0 — CRT Amber Phosphor Visual Identity

- **Late Night 1987 CRT Terminal aesthetic** — the game now reads as a physical Quotron terminal in a dark room, not a finance dashboard in a browser tab

- **Bezel framing** — 14px pure black border with 10px rounded corners separates the screen from browser chrome; all overlays properly clipped to the screen boundary via `overflow: hidden`

- **CRT scanlines** — 4px/1px repeating horizontal pattern at 0.10 opacity; sits beneath the glass overlay in correct physical layer order

- **Phosphor amber glow** — `.phosphor` and `.phosphor-strong` CSS classes applied to equity hero number, price column values, fear/greed readout, and macro stats; amber text globally boosted with matching text-shadow

- **Voltage surge effect** — screen briefly brightens ~18% then settles over 400ms; fires randomly every 45–90 seconds, noticeable in peripheral vision only

- **Slow CRT refresh beam** — faint amber sweep descends the screen on a 9s loop

- **Rare phosphor flicker** — barely-perceptible opacity oscillation on a 14s cycle

- **Enhanced corner vignette** — 4-gradient radial stack adds CRT barrel-curve darkening at all four corners

- **Amber background grid** — horizontal grid lines shifted from neutral white to amber tint to match the phosphor palette

- **TitleScreen boot sequence** — `QUOTRON MARKET SYSTEMS — DATA FEED ACTIVE` types out character-by-character (25ms/char) on load; title glow strengthened to a 2-layer amber bloom

- **Price text warmed** — stock price column changed from `text-white` to `text-amber-200` so the phosphor glow has warm color to bloom against

- **Film grain and grid moved inside screen container** — previously on `body::before/after` (covering the full viewport including bezel); now inside the `overflow: hidden` game container
